the elgato hd60s is on sale for prime day for 120$. i was thinking about picking it up to occasionally stream some retro games. Ive heard it will only support 1080p, and im not sure if it will work with my vga-hdmi box cause its likely only 640x480 or whatever it is. anyone have tips or pictures on how to set up a stream for dreamcast in particular? i was trying to find something on youtube but there arent really many resources i could find explaining what i should have and what it should look like. thanks

im open to other capture card recommendations as well.
