PicoPSU or DreamPSU?

So I recently got myself a GDemu and DChdmi and I couldn't be happier. However, I've been thinking about the overheating (some users from other boards mentioned it) and I'm considering getting one of these new, tiny PSU thingies...

But I'm a complete ignorant and I don't know what exactly the DreamPSU brings to the table, or if it's the same as a PicoPSU, or which one is better, etc... Could anyone please enlighten me?
