Hi there,
I have a spare Dreamcast that doesn't boot up correctly. I cant remember the exact symptoms as it was over 10 years ago (and its in a different country) but I suspected at the time it was because I stupidly left the wire permanently connected for the region changer mod.
Im not sure of the component that gets damaged when leaving this wire connected but: If I install a region free bios, will this cure the problem?
