first post disc error

Hello just bought a Dreamcast. When trying to burn a cdi in img burn it say the first track within this image is number 2 this can cause a problem for anything that it expects it to be number 1 would you like me to ignore the track numbers in the cue and just order them sequentially, starting from 1? I then tried discjuggler but it will not find my burner. Any help would be great.
