Wow, cool to see some more progress on this project. Those are some pretty blocky lights, but pretty good for a single individual's project. The bloom is cool too. I hope he manages to optimize it enough so that bloom is feasible at a reasonable frame rate.
Watching stuff like this really makes you appreciate what the developers of the time were able to do with the Dreamcast hardware. How was DoA 2 or Shenmue 2 even possible? Clearly a lot of work went into that stuff.

Is this engine still in development? I actually remember watching this when it only had about 30 or something views many many years ago, and by chance I came across it on youtube yesterday so I just came in the forums looking for any new info. Doesn't seem like it, but this is the coolest project. Very cool, I can dream.

Thats mine.. I've recently ordered a coders cable, and was thinking I might revisit that idea I'd want to start from scratch code wise though because 6 years ago me wrote some absolute spaghetti.
