DreamPi Forgot Log In Password

Hello I have forgot my log in password on DreamPi after I changed it from "raspberry"
I now have a new broadband provider as Sky doesn't allow 3rd party DNS.
I need to add my new WiFi to DreamPi but if I can't log in I can't access command prompt is this correct?
What should I do?
