VGA Dreamcast 2020 with interference on the screen - How to solve it?

Proving that the VGA cable being sold these days has a very poor quality, both for use on Dreamcast and PC. I used old VGA cables that have the grounding mesh and a good shielding on the RGB wires. The image is clear!

YUP , Your not krazy , I recently bought S CABLE from Retro Bit , It includes YELLOW VIDEO as well , which it shouldn't , I cut and removed it , theory would be less of a signal being pulled by the yellow , I am convinced it helped the S Feature.
