How about magic jack?

I saw the comercial for it and looked it up and found out it was legit. All it is is a small usb plug that has an rj-11 jack that you can plug any phone into. So heres my question. I found out that you can send faxes with magic jack. Does that mean a dial up connection would work through the line? Becuase a pc-dc dialup server seems a little too complicated for me and I think a found a free dial up isp to work. It is at fastfreedialup.com you dont even register you just use any username and password you like and dial in to one of there numbers. I have no landline becuase my family all uses cellphones and the only problem with that is that there is no rj-11 jack to plug into it. Understand that I am 14 years old and make about 15 dollars a month and most of that I want to spend to do stuff.
