Dreamcast Games you play Online: Everything once my Dreampi arrives.

If anyone was wondering, I got to the glitched part of the game without using a continue, and the enemies still refused to spawn... so that doesn't help anything.

Seems like there isn't much that can be done to fix the bug right now.. But at least the game is somewhat playable so thank you!

I thought that the problem was with interrupts, but the game freezes even with an SD serial adapter, and it does not have a DMA channel
The only way to tell what's causing the issue for sure, is to debug it as it is occuring (using an emulator would probably work).

I suspect this is caused by an in-game protection rather than it being an actual bug (I assume the game checks whether or not it's actually running on an Atomiswave (to avoid bootlegging and whatnot; perhaps it checks specific addresses for SRAM/BIOS?) that's just a wild guess though.

abbort thank you for all these conversions.

But there is a concern with dolphin blue.

The track03.iso dump is incomplete.

There was a problem with the compilation.

bug at level 04.
Please don't throw in conspiracy theories if you don't understand things. The atomiswave rom is encrypted, it is obvious it won't compress nearly as well as the decrypted rom (which the Dreamcast convert is using) as there would be no 00ed data in the encrypted one.

I already verified the G1ROM FILESYSTEM (that's what track03 contains) and it's proper. If there are any issues, they would be in track04 (which contains the patched 1st_read.bin) either the game contains specific (protection) checks to ensure it runs on an atomiswave, or some of the patches done by megavolt85 are not proper.

It works under MAME, correct? It's possible the MAME executable is doing a 'work-around' for this issue. I'm sure megavolt85 is on it!

Mame is using the unpatched Atomiswave version of the rom and emulating an Atomiswave environement. You want to test the Dreamcast rom with an emulator like DEMUL.

Thanbk you very much for this release!

How to play this on a stock/unmodded Dreamcast? Is there a CDI available?
