I've updated the main post, and also here is the game with the cover for the DreamShell Desktop:

It seems there is some differences betwwen the information in the 1st post and other (like Aldair) in the options. Aldair have most of the games with different settings. In fact some games work with 1st page settings other only with aldair settings. It's possible to specify the loader used, and other options like direct boot or so.

Also my card is a C10 16GB with 32KB cluster, it worked better than 64KB.

I coudn't get Hokuto no Ken to work on the serial port. Until someone else get it working Ill mark it as not functional using the SD Adapter.

..which SD-to-serial do I order? Also I suppose I need a boot-disc to run the serial, I thought booting DS is harsh via disc though

Well there is the Faster Than Speed "CDI" I suppose which is quite a slimmed down DS

Guys, in Demolish Fist the game crashed on the boss of the third stage, when picking up continue. It happened with 2 different characters.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
I believe that if I pass through there without losing all my lives, the game can proceed normally.
I will mark Demolish Fist as "partially working".

My micro SD is 4gb, Class 4, Cluster 64 bytes and is formatted in FAT16.
The games running in "async = 8" and "Loader memory = 0x8cfe0000".
Edit: Important to say that all other games work without freezing with this configuration (The ones that work through the serial port), the exception is Dolphin Blue, which is a problem that everyone is facing.
I also tested Demolish Fist with "0x8cfe8000", but the game freezes in same local.

loader 11 format cluster 32 i have said this before no it dont freeze for me so far ? 32gb card mine is not micro SD ether.. fat 32 load retrodream with my fat32 loader from dcmc... walmart brand onn class 10 card sync 16

i´ve tried same config as you with KOF Neo Wave and it freezes after main title screen....Faster than speed and samurai works perfectly- Those two came with two folder DS/Games, and inside games there is the folder with the game...and inside DS there is an apps folder with game name, inside two folders (image and lua) and one app and one PNG with the cover. I paste this on the root and everything works....But with KOF Neo Wave (and probably Dolphin and Knights, which a haven´t tested) there is just the folder of the game with gdi and tracks. I copy that con Games SD folder, and is not working....as i told before, game boots, goes into title screen and then freezes. What can do?

Try to format your card in FAT32.
I copied the DS folder from its original source on DC-Swat, and on the root I created a folder to put all games inside. They work for me regardless of the folder they're placed in.

You can use the "guiformat" to format the sd card this time. It seems to be better.
Perhaps defragmenting the card is also a good idea.
If none of this works, consider replacing the sd card for testing.

I will upload my entire configuration that works and then make the link available soon.

This is how the folders on my micro SD card are.
In "Work" are the 7 games that work and in "Don't Work" the 4 games that don't work.
I test them at the root and then put each one in its respective folder, depending on the result.

I've updated the main post. For now only three games don't work on the serial port:

NeoGeo Battle Colliseum -> Doesn't work for now.
Metal Slug 6 -> Doesn't work for now.
Maximum Speed -> Doesn't work for now.

Maybe these games demand more data to work?
