read_limit = N
Where N is natural number in range 600 to 1250 (in KiB/s), or 0 to disable and -1 for automatic limit. If enabled (N <> 0), GDEMU limits media read speed to better match actual GD-ROM drive. The automatic setting will only affect games that need it. Default is auto.
If you remember i had to Change dreamneo so it works on a GDEMU i gave you builds till the timing worked.. all worked on redream and nulldc..
If they the dev's were using real hardware never tested it on Gdemu they could done what i did at first..
I had to change the speed or timing in a lot of places to get it to work correct on gdemu this is hardcoded.. Thing is i found a timing that worked on both a cdr and gdemu.. But at first it did not at all..
On all the emulators it worked fine..
If the cars are speeding up on his gdemu rip it means there streaming data which would have hardcoded timing
Other thing about reading from the real media such as a cdr is delay movement of the laser time it takes to spin up etc.. Gdemu not going to be emulating that.. really why it be faster .. faster seek times due to no moving parts..
