Manage to finish Dolphin Blue On Redream by Using HLE bios
Not sure why this happens but it seems Redream HLE bios
can run the final log without any freezes...Or i am really lucky.

Re: Dolphin Blue
Redream seems to play all Atomiswave conversions no problem, just a shame Dolphin Blue skips part of log 3 and goes straight to 4, almost a complete conversion, maybe DB will get fixed later down the line.. guess we'll have to wait and see

Re: Dolphin Blue
Finished the game last night. Lovely. Hopefully one day there'll be a fix for Log 3, but regardless I'm very happy to have been able to play this game. Played as Anne, the pink dolphin is just too cute.

Re: Dolphin Blue
Got my serial port SD card reader the other day and gave this game and The Rumble Fish 2 a spin, they both ran great from the short amount of time I had to play. Is it normal for the loading of stages to be a bit laggy, happens when a new stage is loading in Dolphin Blue or a couple of sections of the game like when you get to the first boss. Is that a serial card reader thing you think?
Also was wondering if someone could make me a custom GDI version of the game with some button swaps? Basically, I use a Sega Saturn pad for 2D games on my Dreamcast so the configuration I wanted was:
Y: Shoot
B: Jump
X: Dolphin Attack
If someone could swap it for both players that'd be amazing. Or at least instruct me how to do it myself. Thanks!

Re: Dolphin Blue
Most of the Atomiswave ports have a little stuttering here and there when loading, experiences vary depending on the quality of SD cards etc and the loading method used. Some games which have thrown up issues on MODE or USB-GDROM in the past may have been fine on GDEMU for example. I believe the serial port is one of the slower reading methods, so when running these ports a good quality and well maintained SD card will be important.2Devastado wrote:Got my serial port SD card reader the other day and gave this game and The Rumble Fish 2 a spin, they both ran great from the short amount of time I had to play. For the control layout you wanted, extract this archive inside the game folder and run the included .bat file. All settings are default except the control changes.

Re: Dolphin Blue
Thank you so much for the control change file! Also yeah figured since the serial port is the slowest method that it's what is causing the slow loading. It's not too bad by any means just something I noticed. I'm using a 64gb Sandisk card (formatted still to FAT32) with a higher transfer rate than some normal ones.bumfacekilla wrote:Most of the Atomiswave ports have a little stuttering here and there when loading, experiences vary depending on the quality of SD cards etc and the loading method used. Re: Dolphin Blue
@megavolt I have a question that I think is dumb to ask but I guess I'll ask anyway because I am curious, and since you have released such high quality stuff already.
Are we going to be seeing the last 8 games converted over from Atomiswave to Dreamcast? If not, no biggie
thanks for everything

Re: Dolphin Blue
I can't say for sure how many more games will be transferred, but there will be more ports
light gun games are more challenging and require more free time
