You can back-up your saves on the sd card. Its a great solution for that.
Recently my saves haven’t been able to back up onto the SD card, strange it used to work. Now all it does it give me a black screen with coding on when I try copy to SD. ???

Also @AgentMomo, you should totally rename this thread since it has nothing to do with a new version of Dreamshell. If is about the Serial SD adapter, not Dreamshell releasing a new version, which is what the software is called. Not the hardware...
