QOS settings for dreamcast

As most of you who have played with me know...i have pretty terrible internet speeds and my dreampi just doesnt play nice with my dsl....high pings...lag...etc...sometimes I have solid connections depending on the games....but anyway.. In my router there is are settings for QOS....has anyone here tinkered with qos settings for gaming devices before?

It asks which ip to prioritize and im not sure if I need to do the dreamcast ip that ends in .98 or the ip of the dreampi itself...theres other settings too im not sure about....anyway guys hope you all have a great day!
