Dreamcast Madcatz MC2 Wheel

Hello,
I have read that the Madcatz MC2 have a special feature called accudrive to modify the dead zone. Some of you have this wheel and this system allow to remove all the dead zone ? I have the Ferrari thrustmaster wheel and for me the dead zone is too huge to play well.

I've tried the wheel. It's better than a controller but not by much IMO
