Re: GDMENU Card Manager
It's missing some required files.
Check your inside your gdmenucardmanager folder "tools\menu_gdi". It should have some ISO and RAW files.

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
Everything seems fine. Not idea why it's not working.
Using the default "temp path" in app?
Do you have a clean card to test?
Just format it the open my app add just one game and save. Use an uncompressed game and don't activate the shrinking.
Then look inside 01 folder. It must have the ISO and RAW files.

I'll see if I can find a spare SD Card that I can format. Would this one work by me pasting in those ISO and RAW files, or are the ones the app generates supposed to be different?

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
They are different.
Those are just the plain menu. It will not have a cache of the games list. It should at least boot in your console but loading will be slow.
Your card have some free space left?
I don't think this can be the problem as the app should show a message if/when something goes wrong when saving.

It has about 50GB free. I'm going to keep looking for another SD Card

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
I ran into this very issue in testing the app for which one to fork.
You can easily fix this (at least in my testing) by downloading this version of the gdmenu gdi
Link Corrected:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/s3sscs
Then replacing your 01 folder with that, hit preload in GDMENUCardManager and then save. It should successfully recover and be fine from then onwards
