3rd person mode

Almost done with play testing had to re do some cdda triggers in this exp pack as they would cause problems
now music will resume and never stop on any level even in the option menu

Up to rev 13 now so 13 cdrs spent on it at this point how things work on dc emulators is not how they work on hardware
some timing things you can only work out using real hardware

It now is a tc so no mod menu boots direct from the control's and credits menu to the game.. all will be shown soon
