Compare that to Echelon, who were the ones putting out game rips in ye oldene days; those were handled very inefficiently and actually did shorten a console's lifespan, perpetuating the myth that all burned games were doomed to do so. Groups like ReviveDC are out there to make sure Echelon's rips are no longer needed.
ReviveDC also put out a number of custom releases (Street Fighter III: Offline Edition adds music from the XBox Live Arcade rerelease, for example).
DCCM, NoBSDC, YZB, and DCRes, which are also in that spreadsheet, are different groups that do similar things.
