I think theoretically it should run, but you would have to optimize it for the DC such as cutting up levels possibly to fit within the low memory of the device.

Chilly Willy a veteran developer in the DC homebrew community had planned to port it, but he kind of stopped responding to the thread.

It's a good game. It would be a great addition to the Dreamcast.
