Strangest thing i included the same movie as movie 2 and it dont play it only plays from movie 1 there is nothing at all changed in the test.cfg
This is very frustration city anyways movie one works as shown below

lag due to china capture it's perfect 1 /1 when watch on my tv
capture is 1280x720 of 640x480 dvd qualty using 4xm
I will just post the info i have learned.. one it needs not the same ip.bin no idea why
it will only launch correct from the compiled dreamon i did from katana r11 i dont know why

Encoding for movies is some sort of fine art i got lucky on the above and have been trying to re do this again..
Selfboot cdi working on hardware the movies do not play on on some emulators emulators using this launcher btw with this at all
This got be some thing to do with why the other loader does not work on hardware but does on dc emulators

Thank you SMith for help and testing I dont know why the katana sample loader does not make these work on hardware i tried it and used 20 cdrs
