Ghosting ossc vga cable

Hello

I have a small problem with my dreamcast setup, some ghosting effect behind text.

My setup is dreamcast-vga cable-ossc-samsung q80t

The cable is a Basic Amazon vga cable, the ossc I have setup as recommended on videogameperfection.com. In game play, it looks pretty god, but text etc have this ghosting problem.

Is my cable the problem, and could I expect improvement by getting a more expensive solution?

The price of vga boxes or cables are crazy high and on top of that I need to pay import fee and tax. So almost 100usd for a cable/vga box. Alsow they are sold out:/

VGA cable using poor quality wires.

Sorry, aldair is correct, most likely a bad VGA cable.

Tnx, any recommendations on what cable 2 buy. Best is vga or component, the scart connector is used by my Nes on the ossc.

Better to buy a monitor with 15khz on vga.

480i is the last thing i want my dreamcast 2 do.....

Or is that 240p? And what is the advantage vs 480p?

Current monitors with vga and hdmi input have 15khz support.
My acer cb272 monitor manufactured in 2020 is 100% compatible.

kof 99 dream match does not work vga but 240p(15khz)
