audio : 128kbps 44.1khz stereo MP3
last test used 192kbps 44.1 stereo mp3 so try dropping to 128kbps to see if the video improves without slowdown.
try 7000 bitrate since that is between 5000-9000
or try whatever you want, you might find that settings can be higher.
in 4xm_comp:
put 25 in the speed field
put 1 in the data rate field and hit ok - it will pop up with a range of values to use. (choose minimum at least this is what i have been doing)
but choose somewhere in the range it suggests.
we have been using avi to 4xm but you could try something else.
