So, I burned this CDI:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/x5wd1qhqi ... on.7z/file
And while the menu works fine, I believe the games are booting in 50Hz (The screen is flickering a lot more and the image is half visible for being shifted down).
What's really going on? Can I fix it without burning another CD?
I THINK it uses the dream passport as a basis but I can't tell because the menus are all in japanese, maybe I can do something in them?

Re: 50/60Hz problem
I've figured it out.
A brazilian dreamcast will trigger the checks for running games at 50hz even tho the thing runs at 60.
Anyone got any tips on how to force the games to 60hz on pal consoles? I believe it applies here

Re: 50/60Hz problem
If my memory serves me correctly, by default the boot discs don't work with burned copies of games.
But lets say you have an original (NTSC) import game that boots into 50Hz on your console, then using the DC-X import enabler gives the option to force 60Hz. Another way would be to use a GameShark, that one also has the ability to boot in 60Hz (I remember using the demo version to boot my PAL DC in NTSC mode, even getting the red swirl)

Re: 50/60Hz problem
You need the doubled-up Codebreaker that allows CD-Rs
Jus shout and I'll post her
Then again no one's asked, what video signal you on? VGA is always pushing 60hz but any video cord below that I don't think CB will fix ya
