DC-X/similar boot disc that allows forcing 60Hz

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone has a cdi copy of DC-X or a similar boot disc that allows you to force 60Hz in PAL games that normally only support 60Hz when using a VGA cable? At least I've heard DC-X is capable of this. I know "region changer" found here: http://www.dc-swat.ru/page/download/
can change the video output, but only by making a hardware mod and writing to flash memory permanently.
