Hi everyone! As an early Christmas present, I've just released a demo of our upcoming car soccer sports game! Driving Strikers Holiday Edition is now available to download from Itch.io!

This is a single-level demo, and you can play with 1-4 players locally, and is available on a pay-what-you-like basis (although it is Christmas )

Will this be a full game?

Hopefully yes if all goes well, and we're looking at a physical release.

Will the full game have online multiplayer?

This is the most asked feature, so we'll do our best, but no promises!

Where can I report bugs / give feedback?

For now, leave it here. We know the controls take a little getting used to, and there are a few minor bugs, particularly around audio, respawning, and camera positioning. But let us know if you see anything else!

Regarding the controls:

Right Trigger: Drive forward
Left Trigger: Drive backward
A button: Jump
X button: Boost

The driving is relative to the camera (no tank controls), that means you need to:
hold UP on the analog stick to drive NORTH,
hold DOWN to drive SOUTH,
hold LEFT to drive WEST,
hold RIGHT to drive EAST

Hi: Excelent and original idea: As a Dreamcast user and SEGA fan I thank you. I can suggest thing to add for make it most funnier possible. It came to my mind if can the cars have famous soccer players' names with his own cars? for example, Messi with his real car mark or model. It would make it more enthusiastic

The Driving Strikers can be the alternative Rocket League for Dreamcast. I hope all Dreamcast fans give some love on this project to be a real one
