GameBoy Advance Emulator packs [Dreamshell ISO-IDE/SD - CDI]

This is an emulator that still need work to do, called GPSPDC. I tested it in Dreamshell IDE-HDD the gaming speed in most games is not full but the games are playables.
I guess the best way to play this emulator is in HDD (fullest DC speed) but it would be great some reports if can not emulate it in the DC system you use, in order to help improve this project for Dreamcast which last update has more than 10 years. User Ian Micheal has reported some progress time ago but no news yet.

Thats asking for quite alot. I imagine the roms have to fit fully in ram no? Gba can be huge with quite a few topping 32 mb. Probably only the smaller games would run with out problems

Romsize is not the problem I have it can load any size Not enff cpu power to emulate it at any speed worth playing..

I have it loading all size roms..

Gba is powerful 32bit console..

Yes same non taxing gba titles i can get ok but anything using 3d or pushing the machine would be under 10fps

Emulator is 100% mess i show it compiling it has over 1300 warnings.. buggy as hell.

I see but would that even fast enough. Pretty sure the gba access the cart really fast doesn't it? Almost like ram.

The dc is probably fast enough but in the sense it might neeed extreme optimization like bleemcast.

Yeah you got it right there access is not fast enff ether is the dreamcast for some less taxing games ok but yeah not really worth the effort.. Not with out a pvr hardware backend which might take years to write.. Still limited to less taxing titles..

My new version gamers can run at 5fps then less taxing can run 15fps you never get games people want to play most of them would be easier to just recreate in full then work on this thing..

If frameskip 5 running at 10fps is play-able then have at it..

Gpspdc works very good with gremlins and klonoa 1 gba games. I tested on cdi version. Frameskip 1 maximum for full speed. Gpspdc version dreamshell iso with tiny games. A good idea really. Dreamcast is the best retro console all the times.
