A tutorial for casuals how to get this working on a gdemu would be nice, since not everyone is a die hard pro.

Dude... im playing mega turrican right now and nostalgia hits different. Dont wanna sound silly, but im near the tears. You guys are nothing more than amazing.

To give some feedback - world of illusion doesnt start at all, and monster world 4 has hardly corrupted audio. Rest is fine that i played so far any possibility to get them restored in the future?

EDIT: i still cant get it to work? Named the file disc.cdi, created a numbered folder as usual. He doesnt even show a corrupted folder in the gdemu, but now boot load times from the menu are gone to zero seconds, wtf any idea?

EDIT2: turned out the sd card maker caused the problem. I created my own library before and had to create a new one including the gens4dreams.cdi within.

Yes as they work for me might be the watch dog or your gdemu is taking to long i will look into those too games again.. Amazing work please thank TapamN..

What is a watch dog? Me gdemu is one of the newest. Its 5.15b, was manufactured in 2021. Its a clone though. Is there any way i can fix this myself? And last question, can this emulator play master system games?

Emulator in the code that allows time for the rom to load.. where talking source code level here.. as i know that game loads for me .. No it cant play master system games but we have a perfect master system and game gear emulator sms plus. which is as good as this..

SMS plus full romset with gamegear I did not included snap shots of the games i dont have them.. not going to make 400 or 500 snap shots place mastersystem game snapshots here (pcx 256 colors) .. other then that included all games gg and sms..

Thanks, yes i have this emu on my dreamcast. Thought maybe its possible to have all in one emulator, since the mega drive can play msgames trough a plastic tool back in the day so you have no idea how i can fix myproblem with world of illusion/ monster world 4 as a... casual person^^

So, i could give a lot of feedback in the future cause i usually play a lot of mega drive, but if it "doesnt count" because stuff doesnt work for me but for everyone else than i dont know. Also the above menu sprites in "wonderboy monsterworld" are corrupted for me.

There are other rendering modes in the pause menu to try to fix things like that.. No all in one anything dreamcast is very low ram low powered machine that would be not a good thing..

Gen4all working like this was not even possible for 12 years till TapamN coded hardware pvr 3d rendering to take the load off.. Sega could not even get close to this with the horrible smash pack..

I didn't find how to use the savestate... it's difficult to play adventure games without that...

\ you save in game like if the game had saving then it saves on the vmu..

SRAM and game states saved on VMU

Save SRAM : Save the ingame sram to vmu when quitting a game, this useful to disable when you decided to play only with save states

Save states have to choose slot etc for the game then below

Just hold left and right trigger it's that easy lol

Start and right trigger etc.. really want me to do a video on it ?
