Hi: I need to format an IDE HDD in fat16 to do special tests

a) I found how to format in "fat" format is the same fotmat?
b) if not How to format an external disc in Fat16 ?

Windows has a max size support for fat 32 at 32Go (with windows 10 don't know about 11)

I guess it's the same for fat16, you have to donwnload aomei partition :

Yes with AOMEI I did it, but it says just "fat" or "exFat", so I do not know if the same than fat16
