good news fix for slow loading from a cdr major speedup


well here is shock troopers openbor game update and a fix for the slow loading on openbor 6 update
you must put an empty pak saying bor.pak
then unpack all the data in bor.pak to a folder on root data etc i had disabled cache loading on beta 6 so here is the fix now loads fast from a cdr

Remember to unpack your bor.pak to data then your good to go

openbor unpak drag drop your bor.pak on paxplode.bat to unpack to data then move that to the root

I had just finished up printing a label for my old Dreamcast Shock Troopers disc on AES4ALL yesterday. That is coincidental timing.

This version of shock troopers is an update from Chinese site Good thing is now if you unpak the bor files in data directory you get fast loading from a normal cdr i have not even dummyed this it be even faster...

Looks like time to update some bor games I have included the unpak.. program now check first post

this is only one game per disk right now

Mods games that did not load was because any mod that has this many letters in there file names for any thing will not work example explosion2-00.gif will cause it to reboot.. so all mods with things like this is way to long that includes in the scripts as well
also 1-a.txt will not work you cant have files with - in them
any game data files with - in them will fail to load

cool thanks ian the old one was broken after you passed the second level the game crashed will test this and see how it goes. Anyway to keep up to date with your new bor updates I feel like its random when I find them lol.
