Issues configuring DCnow

DCnow will not detect my DreamPi either automatically or by manually typing in the IP of the pi itself... Any suggestions? Dont have access to USB keyboard so really hoping to NOT have to deal with that. Thanks in advance!

I have my DreamPi set up and online (Sitting in a game of PSO), but when I try to set up my DCNow it is saying:
Detection Failed!
