Regarding Amiga Emulation on the DC using UAE is there any difference expected (speed, sound, glitches) if a Dreamcast outputting NTSC signal is used? Or a PAL DC is the "right" setup?
On the other hand, does PAL or NTSC console influence the emulation if chosen output is VGA?
NO this is PAL only but works fine on ntsc the VM is pal the output is what ever your machine is..

Every thing is WIP been working on it 2 years now..

+1
for what it's worth, i have tried also with Flycast to enable the fps counter and set both a ntsc and pal DC system;
equal result output

apart this, considering that uae is an ocs emulator, the choice is also right
i mean, 90% if not more than the ocs games were for the pal (50Hz) market

Bubble n Squeak

unlocked for the no leds release, normally it's difficult to reach the main menu, due a picky loading;
the game starts at the first stage begin (also preloaded), to jump that part

curiously, if you die or quit the game, the main menu will work ok instead
this is great, cause this game uses passwords

so, if you want insert a later password level, press P and then ESC using the virtual keyboard when ingame, to return to main menu :)

cool game imo, i like it a lot
have fun

next

--- POWDER ---
a cool shmup imo, not much known cause in first canceled, and then released a lot of years after (1998), when the Amiga sadly was already dead;

test version, apart some few and minor gfx things, it seems running great on uaeDC
also, it does use the extra memory to have music, speech and sfx's at the same time;
please report, have fun :)

the next one is just a funny attempt

--- Skærmtrolden Hugo ---

a Danish/Finnish game, so that garbled name (for not natives :lol: )
the original Hugo game is on a lot of disks (8!), when this particular version is on 3 instead;
and it's interesting to be tested imo, technically is not bad at all, for being an Amiga game.

yes a childish game, but the easy arcade style has some pro imo
LOOONG first loading, the game uses all the 2MB, so you need to wait a bit before start

press F10 on the main menu to begin the game (second) loading
tested two disks out of three
have fun

Fun fact, when i was a child this game was sent on early mornings on television in sweden. (Its in Swedish as well). This was during the 90 when everyone still got the old phones connected to the walls with mechanical dialys :p

Anyhow, kids phoned the program that sent this game on television and could play the game via the phone dialys and if they did good enough, they won a price (Candy or tshirt etc etc)

Great times ! Good night Dc ppl <3

i think the goal of the game is just to make the higher high score then?
oh, forgot to say, no foreign language is required to play it, and also no keyboard keys are required (apart on main menu);
the directions can be entered via joypad

The goal of the game Kremiso is to rescue your family, who has been captured by a evil witch :)
