Well tbh as a retro Console , yes. No competition at all , maybe sega Saturn comes close.
For everyday play ? I think its on par for me with my xbox, some new games are great but the dc "itch" is always there having me to boot it at least 5-6 times a week.
Dc holds a special place in my heart ! So fresh , so ahead when it released.
The strategic games need is not filled with dcs own library , but this can be easily fixed by playing the great amount of Amiga games thats available via emulation on my dreamcast, WITH keyboard and mouse (looking at you new consoles lol)
