Any difference in labeling between UK PAL and AUS PAL on Dreamcast games?

Hi Guys. This is my first post. I am looking to buy some PAL dreamcast games online and I have a question regarding the labeling on the game case and CD's. I want to know if there is any difference at all use the labeling including any codes or serial numbers between the UK PAL version and AUS PAL version.

On N64 games the difference is printed on the cartridges

Not sure about the numbers & shit, what I do know is that PAL games sometimes had different covers, depending on which country they were released in.

Looking through my ~15 European PAL games, the cases have various references to Europe on them, and the discs specifically have a PAL-E mark on them. I'm assuming Australian releases with have equivalent details.

If you really want to split hairs, Sonic Adventure 2 has a sticker on it to verify it was certified by some sort of review board. This reminds me of the Halifax releases for Italy where the only difference is a sticker for retail.
