Seeking Sega Swirl CDI — or at least a way to get existing one to function

Some years ago I also wanted to have a standalone disc for "Sega Swirl". So, I made one myself. It's sourced from the "Sega Smash Pack" and dummied to fit on an 700MB CD-R. Here you go:

It still doesn't boot in NullDC, but that's because it's a Windows CE game. If I REALLY want to play it on PC, then the PC version's still out there. This runs on the console, so I've got what I need.
