The Tony Hawk games are really underrated for their multiplayer
My wife and I play Who Wants to Beat Up a Millionaire, Namco Museum and Beats of Rage (co-op style). My son and I do the 2 player Sonic Adventure 2 games, Sonic and Megaman, and Unreal Tournament team play games.
