I looked but did not find it. I found it interesting that it is not on any list in the Sega Arcade game list from ANY machine platform. Planet Harriers (2001) does appear under the very obscure Sega Hikaru game machine, but that is all I can find (only 6 games listed for it).

I thought there was a Space Harrier game released on NAOMI??

There was, it was an arcade game called TEAM HARRIER. I have an article about it in official Dreamcast magazine showcasing Shenmue. Sadly, it never saw a port on the DC.
