Updating DreamPi

Are there instructions/help to update an existing SD Card which already has DreamPi on it? I want to make sure I have the latest version for Daytona. I see tutorials but they are for starting out from scratch.

I just used the same Win32diskimager didn't even update that it

Same process choose the new DreamPi the drive letter of the microSD and Write

Pretty much just format and flash new version :)

But doesn't this get rid of all my network settings?

Unfortunately yes, if you're using wifi you'll have to setup again.
