Dream Pi set up fail 2023 , Help needed

Ive been very egar to come back to the Dreamcast online community but i would need some support as im having no joy to connect back up using
dream pi for my first time. any support will be appreciated .

Any more details needed, ill be happy to apply.
My set is a pal dreamcast model using the rasberry pi 3 model all hooked as you see.
usb power, Ethernet, and a USB USB 2.0 Fax Modem, 56K Dial Up V.92 External Modem/Dongle/Adapter.

Using the GDEMU i booted up the US web browser 2.0 ( not sure if i have to use the Pal dream key ? ) or if the settimng are different using a pal model. I apply the setting as reccomend by the Dream pi web site.







But this is where it gets stuck.
has any one been successful in using a dream pi on a pal console and what else is needed to get this working.

You need a line-voltage-inducer to generate a dialtone. PAL modem requires 18V minimum.

There are a few different forms of this device. One uses a battery; meanwhile, another can be installed and powered within the 56K modem. I have tried this design from Dragoncity17. It's beginner-friendly electrical work, but he also assembles if you're not interested in building yourself. Ships from France.
