RGB Problem!

Have the following problem and hope someone can help me

... with RGB there is no green color, red and blue work.

What is the component in the diagram (data info)?

Is broken with me no conduction, measured with multimeter.

Am grateful for any help.

Can you buy these filters FL402 on the Internet?

I haven't seen them for sale.
if you do not plan to use the composite output, you can use the FL406 from it or from the S-VIDEO FL404 and FL405
