Cannot get PSO to boot

Hi,

I recently got a Dreamcast, a Japanese model HKT-3000, 670-13748A, got it to run and display video and output audio and everything. I have a copy of Phantasy Star Online, North American version that I cannot get to work.

I've tried using Utopia, Codebreaker, CDX Demo, and DC-IE, but I am unable to get the game to start. CDX Demo doesn't even work, DC-IE gets really close, but hangs at the SEGA Logo when booting with the import disc, Utopia get stuck at 0% loading (using version 1.2), and CodeBreaker detects the game, but is unable to start it.

Any help? Am I just doing stuff wrong? Help appreciated.
