Dreamcast Dreamshell and Noctua fan mod

Hi,
i would like to install noctua fan on on dc jap with dreamshell, but there's not enough space, the dreamshell pcb is too big.
Any suggestion ???

Dreamshell PCB too big? It goes in the back in the serial port. I'm not understanding the issue.

I mean internal dreamshell, pcb adapter + hardisk

Sorry, I didn't know internal Dreamshell existed. Take some pictures to show others how much space is there so maybe they can help.
