Jet Grind Radio VMU "Game"???

I recently burned Jet Set/Grind Radio's .cdi file onto a blank cd and found that it created a file on my VMU. 2 of them is from custom graffiti I made and one should be the game data. This one in particular, however, seems to be labeled as a "game", while everything else on my VMU including the graffiti files are labeled as data.

I did some research in order to find whether or not Jet Grind Radio has a VMU game akin to Chao Adventure, only to find that it is not one of them. A website says that it's graffiti data or save data, but I doubt that's the case when it is being labeled as a game. Is it a game? Should I delete it to save up space? Can I reinstall the said file should I want it back for any reason?

Suppose to be a updated patch file for the Game itself. Fixes up some camera angle mistakes. You know the original Japanese release had few major problems one being Mew tutorial stages. Where she fell over all kinds different places where you the player meant to land on.
