Think I’d leave this out? LMAO! Learn how to easily enable blood mode in Metal Slug 1 Arranged using DNCD3.0. Just hold Start when the menu loads, release, then hold again and switch to the Japan region. Blood mode unlocked! Follow this simple step-by-step guide and get ready for some epic gameplay!
