Nice, I wonder if the PlayStation version of Earthworm Jim 2 could be Bleemed for this.

That would be interesting from a technical standpoint. Shame that the PSX/Saturn version of the game is so jank from a mechanical perspectiveOlivusPrime wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2024 9:11 am Nice, I wonder if the PlayStation version of Earthworm Jim 2 could be Bleemed for this.

I actually never thought the PSX/Saturn ports were too bad, some of the background changes aren't great but at least you get the full CD soundtrack. Was there something in particular you were referring to?

Re: Earthworm Jim Collection for the Sega Dreamcast by Shindougo
The controls are a lot muddier and there are issues with collision detection. I imagine it's not too bad for people whose sole exposure is to the PSX/Saturn versions, but coming from the Genesis/SNES versions it's very noticeable.OlivusPrime wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 4:21 pm I actually never thought the PSX/Saturn ports were too bad, some of the background changes aren't great but at least you get the full CD soundtrack. I guess that's true, I've probably played the PSX/Saturn version the most by this point, so it's not as noticeable to me. I definitely feel what you mean on the Puppy Love stages though!

Suggestions
Genesis autoporter will be getting 16bit 44.1khz soon, maybe a good idea to add pc soundtrack for both genesis games
Also EJ2 also has a very nice weapon select patch made some time ago available on emu land, guy redrew the control pad for 6 buttons in the options and went all out
