Bomberman Online Dreamcast: Local 8 player‽

So I was on youtube the other day looking to see if I could find any online play of Bomberman Online when I came across a video on showing a cheat that enables 8 players locally. So I ask for the cheat for it and the guy comment back to me giving the cheat to me. Unfortunately I don't know how to enable the code but maybe someone does here. Thank you. I couldn't even tell if it was and an emulator from that video. It could describe the weird cheat format
