Japanese cake bios 1.032 does not boot burned games.

When I flashed version 1.032 of the japanese cake bios onto my system using dreamshell, it flashed successfully but my burned games don't boot past the sega logo. However, dreamshell and my retail games do at least but I don't wanna sacrifice this very essential feature! And when I revert back to version 1.031, my burned games boot just fine!

A long time ago on pcwzrds store on dreamcast live, he hosted a dreamcast modding service which he installed a japanese cake bios chip onto my console (Can't really remember the year, maybe it was 2019-ish?) and I'm sure it came with japanese cake bios 1.031 on it. Does this mean that the custom chip needs to be replaced somehow? Is the 1.031 bios chip not upgrade compatible? Hopefully someone knows what I mean here.

Last version is shit too much MIL-CDs sacrificed, but for that I don't want old either too much cons much less is a VA0 revision 0 Dreamcast able? So I suffer myself through endless swap discs no regret

All I have are VA1 Dreamcast units. Good thing a version 1.033 is a work in progress though.
