Improvements:

fix slow dreamcast reboot -- In the Gold menu appears "Syst Restart (Boot!)" press to exit. Now you can exit relatively quickly to GDEMU o Dreamshell system
Better emulation from Street Fighter II - Hyper Fighting and Street Fighting Mix with better configuration.
