If a Mega CD is too expensive nowadays the Mega SD allows you to play Sega CD titles without the hardware. It's not cheap either tho.

Star Wars: Rebel Strike (bad fmv with shit controls)
Time Gal (shit fmv with annoying voice)

Jaguar XJ220 is half decent if you're into racing games. The track editor is awesome.

I recommend Final Fight CD, Batman Returns, Spider-Man vs Kingpin, Silpheed, Shining Force CD and also Night Trap and I also like Corpse Killer (believe it or not...) how can i forget Eternal Champions Challenge From the Darkside..

When I got mine I used Wikipedia to see what's exclusive to NTSCU+J+PAL and.. still nothing but a glorified MP3+FMV wasted addon =/

I've eight burns @ all that deliver graphics that use its power (well Terminator maybe don't even count base Genesis can play right)
