the question is,why we cannot put avatar of larege dimension???signature too?

Well, how big is the avatar you have? It seems pretty small,
you should be able to upsize it somehow & then use the bigger
image on here. Honestly, I am not sure what to tell you.

Currently the maximum avatar dimensions set are 120 x 150. What is the size of the image you want to upload?

The current maximum signature length is 500 characters. What do you want to put in your signature that would be bigger than that?

Welcome Dark Shneider!!! I am a big fan of Dark Shneider myself from teh F-Zero series....I know what you men by sig....you want to place a Banner style sig right? I don't think thaat they do that here because it would take longer to load the page or something...!
