Yay! Zupapa! I remember seeing this many years back and being intrigued but never played it before now. Given it was released september 2001 it fits perfectly on Dreamcast. Fun game with some nice mechanics. The save feature isn't working. Not that I mind much, it doesn't affect the game in any way, but still. Also it could have benefited from better quality audio.
The music consists of direct wave file rips from the MVS version. These are separate files included with the new conversion, not tied to emulation. Since they're standard audio files playing at 44kHz, you can easily replace or improve them if desired.
how they sound is how they where ripped or recorded ..
Saving works only when you have a game with a formatted memory card, which isn't currently triggered. If you formatted the card with Cyber Lip, saving would work here. I'll release the next game with memory card formatting capability, making this process easier since this isn't a real Neo Geo CD game that would normally prompt the BIOS to format the card. However, if your card is already formatted, it will save properly.
Thank you for your support. I'm planning to work on Pulsar soon! We can significantly enhance the music, which includes 27 tracks. What you have now is a direct rip from the original game. It's a really enjoyable game that I was happy to play on the Dreamcast.
